I run the docker container for Boinc on top of UNRAID. I currently use the latest version of the docker container with the nvidia extentions for other applications (like Einstein@home). I error each and every MLC@home task on this machine. I was wondering if this method of running MLC@home will be supported in the future. And if so is there anything I might do to help? Edit: looks like the mlds program caused a segfault on the server the second it tried to start up: Here is the server log: Nov 13 22:45:00 Hubris kernel: mlds_9.61_x86_6[22080]: segfault at 31f ip 000014faaa1ccea5 sp 00007ffc103b1060 error 4 in ld-2.31.so[14faaa1b6000+23000] Nov 13 22:45:00 Hubris kernel: Code: 08 31 c0 48 8d 3d db 06 01 00 e9 f6 aa ff ff 66 0f 1f 44 00 00 f3 0f 1e fa 55 48 89 fd 48 8d 3d c9 6a 01 00 ff 15 c3 70 01 00 <80> bd 1f 03 00 00 00 75 47 8b 95 18 03 00 00 85 d2 74 78 48 b8 ff And here is the Docker log: 13-Nov-2020 22:45:00 [MLC@Home] Starting task EightBitModified-1594577663-29675-30_1 13-Nov-2020 22:45:01 [MLC@Home] Computation for task EightBitModified-1594577663-29675-30_1 finished 13-Nov-2020 22:45:01 [MLC@Home] Output file EightBitModified-1594577663-29675-30_1_r2081804756_0 for task EightBitModified-1594577663-29675-30_1 absent 13-Nov-2020 22:45:01 [MLC@Home] Output file EightBitModified-1594577663-29675-30_1_r2081804756_1 for task EightBitModified-1594577663-29675-30_1 absent |
