I Changed GPU from AMD to NVIDIA and no loner can receive GPU Tasks.
I have uninstalled BOINC and Deleted the Folders and reinstalled BOINC.
I can get all other BOINC Project GPU Tasks and have the same settings as all my other NVIDIA Host.
Any idea on what could cause this?

Fixed with newer driver version.
Older Driver 441.20 Installed Current NSD Driver Version 472.47 is now installed and tasks are now running on the GPU.
