no CPU tasks available since a few days

It's start-up issues with DS4, the returned files are taking far more disc space than available. New WU availability will be off and on for a few days while the back end problems get worked out. Server status shows that it is running. I tried to update a couple of time with no results. I then reset the project a couple times with no changes. Please advise!!
