I don't see the GDPR setting under Project Preferences so I can't set it. As a result this project doesn't show up in BOINC/BAM. Can you help me with this?

Hi!

Look at the "MLC@Home preferences" page under "preferences" on your home page:
One of the checkboxes (the last) have the text:
"Do you consent to exporting your data to BOINC statistics aggregation Web sites?"
I think that's the setting you're looking for.

As stated, there is a checkbox under preferences (Top of this page->Project->Preferences). If you check that and (after a day or two) it still doesn't show up, let me know. However, it does show up for me in boincstats.
